Refunds & Returns

Made By Maman does not offer refunds. Every order is hand stitched, meaning there may be some minor imperfections in your order that we encourage you to embrace, knowing that every order stitched by our seamstress Jacqueline is unique.

We hope you love your order, but in the event that you are dissatisfied we are happy to offer an exchange or credit note. Please email madebymamanshop@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order to notify us of the process.

All returned Made By Maman orders must be returned unworn, in their original packaging, with return shipping at your own cost. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges on items we believe are unable to be re-sold.
