Shipping Method:

All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 to ensure the safe delivery of your orders.

Orders sent to Ireland are sent via Royal Mail International Standard.

Orders sent to the rest of the world are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed. 

Customers are responsible for customs charges for all international orders.

Order Processing Time:

Made By Maman is a small but mighty team. As all orders are hand stitched, please allow 3-5 business days after payment confirmation for your order to be processed. If you have bought an item on pre order, please allow up to three weeks for your item to be made. We promise the wait will be worth it. 

 

Shipping Times:

Once your order has been processed, estimated shipping times are as follows:

UK Mainland: 2-3 business days
Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, and Channel Islands: 3-5 business days

International Orders: Up to 14 days

Please note that these shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on factors such as carrier delays, weather conditions, and public holidays.

Lost or Damaged Shipments:

In the rare event that your shipment is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately with your order number and details of the issue. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive a satisfactory resolution.

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid any delays or misdeliveries. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
