Made By Maman is a small independent business that prides itself on creating beautiful handmade pieces designed to be loved, cared for and worn again.
 

The majority of our fabrics are sourced second-hand, from deadstock, or generously donated. Where new materials are needed, we prioritise recycled options wherever possible. To minimise waste, all of our pieces are produced on a made-to-order basis.
 

Every item is stitched by Jacqueline in her small seaside studio. We are committed to ensuring that everyone involved in Made By Maman is paid a fair wage.
 

Made By Maman products are made to order. Please allow up to 3 weeks from your date of purchase for your order to be made. Your product will then be shipped.

REFUNDS 

Made By Maman does not offer refunds. We are proud to be a small and independent brand who takes pride in hand stitching every product, and a great deal of care goes into making all orders. However, we are happy to offer a credit note and/or exchange providing you have emailed madebymamanshop@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order and informed us that you would like to start the process. 
 

RETURNS 

To return your Made By Maman product, please send your item in its original packaging, via a tracked postal method and your order number enclosed. All items need to be unworn, in their original state for our team to be able to re-sell your product.
